Who we are

Nara is operated from Cyprus. For any privacy question or request, contact us at the email address on this site.

What we collect

• Reservation details. Your name, email, and (at the point you complete your order) your shipping address.
• Payment information. Handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Site analytics. Via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, we collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, rough location) to understand how the site performs.
• Advertising data. Google Ads may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a reservation.

Why we collect it

• To take and fulfil your reservation and order.
• To email you about your reservation and its shipping.
• To understand and improve how the site and our ads perform.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the order possible: our payment processor (Stripe), our email tool, and Google (analytics and ads). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop using it for marketing. Email us and we will act on your request. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation and order data for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
