Nara is sold by pre-order. A €4 reservation holds a place in the current production batch and is credited toward the total price of €119, leaving €115 payable when your order is completed before shipping.
Beyond the €4 reservation, no further amount is charged until we contact you to complete your order ahead of shipping. If you do not complete your order, it will not ship.
Your €4 reservation is fully refundable at any time before your batch ships. Contact us and we will refund it.
Shipping dates given on this site are honest estimates, not guarantees. Because each Nara is made in a hand-finished batch, timing can move. If it moves materially, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
Once you receive your Nara, you may return it within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the product price, in line with EU consumer law. Return shipping is arranged with us by email.
