How pre-order and delivery work
Nara is made in small batches. Reserving a unit is what tells us to build it, so the journey from your reservation to a Nara on your bedside table runs like this:
You pay €4 to hold a place in the current batch. This comes off your price. The first batch sold out; you are reserving in the second batch.
Once enough places are reserved, the batch closes and production begins. Reserving early secures a lower place in the queue.
Each Nara is assembled and its wood body hand-finished. This is the part that takes time and is why we work in batches rather than holding stock.
Just before shipping, we email you to collect the remaining €115 and confirm your delivery address. Nothing is charged until this point.
Your Nara is packed and shipped with tracking. The second batch is planned to ship in early 2027.
We ship across Europe in this batch. Delivery timing and any local duties depend on your country and will be shown clearly before you complete your order.
